Figured it might be good to have discussion of this thing in it's own place so it doesn't overtake the Fort Flagler discussion thread. I'll transfer the links/important info to this post and give credit when credit is due.
According to TagFerret, those who have been asked to withold "UTO" information don't have to worry about it's secrecy anymore. It's been approved for publicity via TF's boss, David Small.
Greg Gaub (Flux) posted a video review of the newest LTX accessory. That video can be found here.
John Falto had these comments concerning the UTO:
From what I see in the video, the top lens is a flow through, while the bottom is sealed. Does the machine gun fire come from the standard top emitter, or is there an emitter in the bottom half of the attachment that does this (like the shot blast attachment)?
If the machine gun fire actually does come from the original gun emitter, this means that the machine gun is hardware/software run. Could this mean that for those people that have moved the shot blast in to the video attachment, that the machine gun fire circuit could be mounted as well (do double duty)?
I hope no-one has any issues with me splitting this up. Just thought it would be helpful to promote discussion of both the Fort Flagler and UTO topics while making sure they don't get in the way of eachother.
