This site has been set up by a fan, for fans of the activity known as home style "lazertag" (non-commericial arena). It's purpose is to highlight players, games, add-ons, modifications, etc., regardless of the system that they use, for the benefit of other fans.

Well stick me in a dress and call me Sally... after talking a bit with folks on Greg's chatroom thinger, seems like IR Filtering won't help me, since I mainly wanted to get them in order to decrease the amount of sunlight hits we get if we play too early in the day. I kinda wish I had heard it here instead of having to dig for it, but at least I got the answers I needed.

I ordered 2 of the clear versions of those domes. They should be coming in within the week. While I'm waiting for those, I need to start pulling apart a vest and start getting it ready for installation in the box.

Now I just need to figure out the best way to wire the sensors into it. I don't want to have problems with a bad tethered cord like the Jakks Pacific stuff has seen, so I'd like some input on what materials/cords to use and how to mount them to ensure that my cords don't go bad.
