Some of these sets are in the hands of group members. I don't have all twenty-three on hand. Anyone that was serious about participating had a set made available to them for low cost or, in many cases I gave them as gifts. We have been using V-2 exclusively since our inventory could support such a luxury. It works for the group and everyone is familiar with how it operates.
I suspect now that I have few sets of Hasbro LTX, these great taggers will start to find their way into our games. I have made front/rear V-2 target set acquisition one of my priorities over the years. This strategy should come in handy when fielding LTX taggers at a CTDYNE event.
In fact two of the future projects at CTDYNE are a pair of unlimited class LTX taggers for Duncan and myself. If all goes right we hope to have these two new customs complete in time for TagFest NW 2010. I am really excited about these. Mine, the PLASMA, will be all aluminum construction and yes, you guessed it, a compact bull-pup design - with ease of accessory swaps as a design priority.
The beauty of the LTX as a platform for a high end CTDYNE custom tagger, from my standpoint, is that I can utilize this new custom not only when the CTDYNE group gets together, but also at events like TagFest NW.
