IF this patent stuff is cleared up, it would make things a lot more fun. I'd be one of the first to buy a wizardly gadget that records all the stats from a game onto a palm or to a memory card, or something that could fill the hosting hole that's been growing for a while... and I'm on a tight budget!
It's kind of lame that Hasbro spends more on the legal team guarding LT than it does on marketing the gear... It's almost like they're following the RIAA's business model, which everyone can see is falling apart.
I hope some retailers decide to stock up on the NERF LTX, because if the patent issue DOESN'T clear up, then we'll never see the tons of hard work that the developers put behind this new gear come to fruition without a massive increase in sales.
