Well Hasbro does not hold the patents. It is all STM and they are just trying to get one or not get one. Until it goes through the process of getting approved or denied it is stuck in limbo and there is not much they can do. Blame the patent office at this point.
But Hasbro does heavly market NERF and it always does well. It has huge following and the mods people come up with are really cool. I just can not see it ever being as fun as LT
