There aren't too many unfinished communities in the area. Maybe suburban homes on the outskirts, but that'd probably be borderline on the sketchiness. I can't think of too many low traffic shopping centers that would be friendly to the idea. I'll look into those and the churches though; thanks for the ideas.
In terms of the lights parking decks and street lights tend to make LT guns near them much harder to hit. They work perfect in sunlight, just not those areas
