    Auto Shut-Off

I am quite certain that either (1) the 2ndF+CANCEL button combination got pressed accidentally, (2) some water got into the gun to make it act weird, or (3) the gun got bumped good and hard on something and the battery jiggle put the processor to sleep.

I've put that auto-sleep code under a microscope both before and after the game, and verifed that it positively is NOT being called in any hosted game (just in the LTAG game). In hosted games, it does not get called until after the game time has expired at which time it serves to shut the gun down if debriefing is never completed.

There was a "legacy" known issue in pre-production units with a poorly tempered battery spring, I'll have to have James check the springs and see if he somehow got a bad one. I hate to say it, but it does look like a couple units made with older parts might have slipped into the test market instead of being shipped only to the purchasing agents for review as was supposed to happen. Things got pretty hectic as the factory in China wound-up for the test market, so a mistake or two is not that surprising.

Say -- let me know if you get that local Tag Club going and have some games scheduled! I have family in Eugene and Roseburg, too, and they were upset I chose to FLY to Washington instead of driving up and stopping in for a visit...

When I get the Drone all wrapped-up here, I'll probably begin work on starting up an LTTO club in the Bay Area, maybe we can arrange some inter-club meets.
