Hello all, Once again it has been a crazy week, unfortunately with little getting done in the way of our website www.1SLT.com, or the Ezine. Please bear with us for just 1 more week, as we attempt to fix a major screw up that our accountant found on our taxes…which have to be turned in on Monday (yeah, I thought we were finished with the taxes non-sense too…sigh). Good news is that one way or the other, we will be finished with that nonsense and will finally be able to move on. I’ve slated all of Sunday night to try and get the ezine done for a Monday or Tuesday publishing…only time will tell how that goes. We now have several articles that will make this ezine well worth the wait. I thank all the writers of the articles, first for writing them, and second for having the patience of waiting for us to publish them and not spilling the beans early.

TAG SPORT CALENDAR on www.1SLT.com
On another note, I’m happy to see more people using the Tag Sport Calendar. This next quarter’s Tag Spirit Competition will be interesting (yes it is still going on and I do have a winner from last quarter…just holding the info for the ezine). Most likely the award will be bandannas again – hmm, I wonder if James has had a chance to try out the ones his club won? Anyway, the Calendar has the ability to sort events by category, so each club can list their events under their club name (email me if your name is not in the categories droman@1sourcelasertag.com). You can then put a link from your website to the calendar with your club specified, so only events from your club will show up on the calendar - yet when looking at the calendar from www.1SLT.com's links, a person will see the activities from all the various clubs around the world. In the long run this will make it to easier to coordinate multiple large events to avoid conflicts...also if someone is visiting another area, they will be able to see if anything is going on there. Finally, this is the only way to gain points for the Tag Spirit Competition...if your event is not listed in the Tag Sport Calendar, you don't get points....and I'm working on some really great prizes for this fall quarter!

CLASSIFIEDS: Everyone will be happy to know that for the most part I’m finished with the new setup o the classifieds section of www.1SLT.com. It is now safe to put an ad in there and not have to worry about me killing it during a renovation. Here soon we will have a link that will automatically let you know when something new has been added, I’m still learning that technology though. As soon as the advertisement passes googles check, the classifieds will be actively advertised on the web. This will bring in a boost of traffic….as well as spiders from various search engines. So, start going through your gear and closets and find stuff you haven’t used in awhile, and put up an ad! The ads are free and you can even upload a small picture.
When visiting the classifieds you will notice that there is an international listing place, and a place for each country where Tag Sports are active. If you are willing to sell world wide, then place your ad in the international section. If you want to just sell to your own country, then list under your country’s flag. If your country is not present on the list – just email me at droman@1sourcelasertag.com and I’ll ad the category for you. If you accidentally place the ad in the wrong category, just email me where it should be, and I’ll move it for you.
