Fort Worden Game 01 OCT 2005 -- SOUND OFF!

Okay everyone, the planned FW game is less than a week away.
What's NOT planned so far (as far as I know), is:
(1) Who is coming, and when are they arriving at FW? Is everyone already familiar with LTTO gear and games? (2) Who is doing set-up, when are they doing it, and what does it involve? (3) Who is holding training games if needed, and when? (4) Who is scheduling/hosting the games? (5) What gear is everybody bringing with them?
So, to answer these questions for my own part:
My wife Jeannie and I will be flying up the night before and staying through the weekend on the FW base.
We are both willing to help with set-up, though for what imitted items we can provide (due to flying up) that will mostly be putting batteries in our gear. We are more than happy top help everyone else with their set-up as needed. I assume set-up will start by 9:00 am the game will get underway by 10:00 am.
I'll be happy to hold a couple training games first thing in the morning, but don't want to do more than 1 or 2. I am happy to do quick familiarizations with the TMB etc. throughout the day while I am in the "dead zone" -- but I don't plan on spending much time there!
I'll also be happy to host a couple of the games whenever is convenient, especially some of the new TMB games that many people will not yet be familiar with. But I don't really want to host all of them, as I do want to enjoy being just a player in several games this time around.
I have sent 10 TMB's and 9 missiles ahead for the game -- 7 TMB's are fully functional, 3 don't launch missiles. They are a mix of new and old code so during down times we can do some side-by-side comaparisons of the sounds, etc. I'll have brand-new batteries for these 10 units but I don't know if there will be any extras or not since I'll have to buy them once I get up there (is there a Home Depot near Sea-Tac or in the Port Townsend area?)
BTW, if anyone wants to bring gear other than LTTO (including customs, mods, gear with WOW-compatible signals to test for compatability with LTTO in WOW mode, etc) please note it in the post so we can remember to set aside some time for this.
