This site has been set up by a fan, for fans of the activity known as home style "lazertag" (non-commericial arena). It's purpose is to highlight players, games, add-ons, modifications, etc., regardless of the system that they use, for the benefit of other fans.
Please try to keep all messages ON TOPIC, and understand that not only will messages that are offensive be deleted, but posters may be banned from the board as well.

    I am sorry, I did work up a mod that partially fixes the problem (at least reduces it to more acceptable levels) but I have not had time to post it yet.

    Basically, it requires grounding of the vibration motor's case to the ground of the Thunder Pack PCB, also adding 0.1 uF capacitors from each lead of the vibration motor to ground, and adding a capacitor across the 9V and Ground lines of the tagger at the interconnect board where the Thunder Port enters the tagger body (in the pistol grip).

    Hopefully I can get a webpage up with this mod soon (maybe this weekend) if I can just get the photos for it, but right now I am busting my butt at work on a past-deadline project -- sadly not tag related either....
