Posted by Dawn I do have a question...are the accidents urine or poop? I would highly reccommend that you get your Wheaten to the vet. Our Wheaten (who is just a little over 2 years old) was diagnosed with glomerular disease. This is a disease that has to do with the kidneys...thus one of the reasons why she had so many potty accidents. Thanks, --Previous Message--

We had the exact problem with our Wheaten but she eventually got on a schedule. Try and let her out at the exact time every morning and at night. If you can't watch her, kennel her and then let her outside when your able to tend to her. We always got excited when we asked her if she had to go outside (made it fun and exciting more or less).
Dawn.
: Our wheaton terrier is almost a year old and
: still having accidents in the house. We can
: take her outside and she goes, and an hour
: later she will go in the house when we are
: not around.
: She knows that she has done wrong, but will
: not whine or bark to let us know if we are
: somewhere else in the house where she cannot
: see us. Any remedy for the situation, would
: like to hear to from anyone.
