We adopted a 4 month old beagle who did the same thing. We found that our dog was doing it because she had almost no human or animal contact from the time she was born until we got her and she was "squeaking" because she was lonely and wanted attention. She will be a year old on Wednesday and she hardly ever does it anymore - only when she gets really really excited, like when we get a new chew toy. The important thing is to never praise them for the squeaking as it will only encourage them to do it more. We taught her not to squeak by giving her a little pet when she did squeak to get her to stop and then as soon as she stopped we would give her lots of love and a treat and tell her "Good Quiet!"

: be concerned about. what could the reason
: be? we tried talking to the guys at the

: seems perfectly well as far as its health is
