We have an 8 week old mixed puppy that we need help with. She is a wholly terror! 
She is crate trained. She goes potty outside when we take her but doesn't ask to go out. Our biggest problem with her is her temper. She contantly growls, shows her teeth, and bites my boys. I have 4 boys who are truly afraid of this 2.5 pound dog. I'm wondering if this is the mixed breed? What can we do at this point to discourage the above behavior? Right now we lay her on her back and hold her down until she calms. She then turns around and does it again. We are also putting her back in her cage when she gets too wild. She will bark and whine for hours when we do this. Please help us train this adorable dog!
