I would like to get a really small puggle if possible. I am right now trying to get my money back from a puppy mill in Clovrdale,IN, just out of Indianapolis. When the puppy got half way here the airline called in a vet as the puppy couldnt walk. The vet diagnosed him with neurological birth defects and he also had oozing sores on his hip. How they got a vet to agree that the poor puppy was fit for flight I will never know. The breeder won't give me back my money, she is trying to say the puppy had something land on his pet carrier during the flight and that broke her back. Some people will do anything for a dollar. But I am looking for a puggle, does any one have any? Thanks in advance.
