Our wheaton terrier is almost a year old and still having accidents in the house. We can take her outside and she goes, and an hour later she will go in the house when we are not around.
She knows that she has done wrong, but will not whine or bark to let us know if we are somewhere else in the house where she cannot see us. Any remedy for the situation, would like to hear to from anyone.
