To all LLRC members who didn't attend the annual meeting Sept. 16, 2004, (14 did attend), you have a new slate of officers: Charles Olesen of Stewart, Minn. as president, Glen Kadelbach of Hutchinson, Minn. as V.P./Sec., and Gerald Karstens of Hutchinson remains Treasurer.
We also learned that the Hutchinson fairgrounds has been reserved for next year's 11th Hutchinson Model RR Show on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005.
The club will be taking its three-rail layout to the Prairie Lakes Division/TLR/NMRA fall meet in Windom, Minn., on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004, at the community center. Terry Davis also will have his N scale layout there (Terry is superintendent/president of the PLD.) Terry also may take his N scale to the Glenwood (Minn.) show on Sat., Sept. 25, 2004, as well as have a display promoting the Thousand Lakes Region of the NMRA.
Matthew Wordes of Sacred Heart, Minn. is the winner of the train quilt made by LLRC wives.
