Dear LLRC members:
The show committee plans to meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. (10/9) at the Leader to finalize the floor plan, etc. for the show.
We will break down the HO layout at 7 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 11 at the Leader for transport to the fairgrounds, which will take place about 5:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the Leader. Any member will a full-size pickup is asked to help haul the layout sections to the fairgrounds. Set-up of tables and layouts will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 or 10 p.m. Friday at the fairgrounds.
The show opens at 7 a.m. Saturday for flea market/layout set-up. We could use help then, too. The doors open to the public at 9 a.m. Please be there to take your shift at the admissions table and help out other ways running the HO or 3-rail layouts, etc.
