Dear LLRC members:
Is there anyone willing to arrange a meeting with the owners of the Hutch Hotel building about their interest in allowing us to set up our HO and Three-Rail layouts in the store that once housed Rexall Drug on Hutchinson's Main Street. They expressed preliminary interest in this prior to our Oct. 13 show, but no one from the club has followed up as of Nov.7. We need to get on this ASAP as I will not be scheduling work sessions or operating sessions at the current home of the HO layout after Jan. 1, 2002. If you want to have access to the layouts, you will need to find them a new home by then. This has taken far too much time because club leadership appears unable or unwilling to either complete the task or assign a dependable committee to do it. I did as I promised and made the initial contact. Now there has been no follow up for a nearly a month.
