Dear fellow LLRC Inc. members:
Here is the schedule for preparations this week for our 8th Hutchinson Model Railroad Show on Oct. 12 as forwarded by President Crosby.
7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, tear down the layouts at the Hutchinson Mall
5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, load layouts at Mall for transport to fairgrounds.
6 - 9 p.m. Friday, set up layouts and flea market tables at fairgrounds building.
7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, open for final prep and to assist other layouts and vendors coming in.
9 a.m. - 4 p.m. SHOW!
4 to ?p.m. clean up fairgrounds building and take layouts back to mall.
Every member will be needed. Please help.
