Luce Line Railroad Club Inc. will host its second annual "Christmas Trains" open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 13 and 20. All three of the club's model railroads will feature specially decorated Christmas-themed trains during these times. Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
The layouts are located in the clubroom at Hutchinson, Mall, 1060 Highway 15 S., Hutchinson, MN. The layouts will also be open 7-9 p.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 2, 9, and 16.
The club is normally open to the public every Tuesday night, 7-9 p.m., and the first and third Saturday of each month, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
LLRC is a 100-percent National Model Railroad Association club. Annual dues are $12, plus NMRA membership ($23 for affiliate member or $45 for full NMRA membership.) The club has about 30 members as of Nov. 2003.
