I know of a sailfish 18 that is lying in the marina where i keep my boat that is so overgrown with weed that whoever owns it would not be able to sell it. reckon if you found out the owner, you would be able to take it off there hands for nothing as they must still be paying rent for a boat that hasnt moved for probably 10 years or more
