What I have is a glassfibre hull and deck complete with fitted bilge keels sitting on
a trailer. I bought this about 2 years ago intending to repaint it and refit
it using the gear from the old boat. In addition to the hull I have some
mahogany handrails that I have made to fit on the coach roof, some new
window frames. There is an alloy mast with stainless steel rigging and a boom
and a set of sails. The trailer is not great but it did OK when I moved from
Colchester to Suffolk. I paid £250 for the hull alone so you can see that at
£300 its good value. The commitment to sort out the old boat is
unfortunately part of the deal, but if you live anywhere near Essex there is the mooring..
