I am about to break up my 30 year old Lysander. Unfortunately too much of it has started to rot and I don't think it worth trying to renovate. There are quite a lot of things that are worth salvaging. There are a set of sails, the keels are in good condition, all the fittings would be worth removing. For someone building a Lysander there is a mahogany keel and oak bowpost that I think are alright.
