Posted by MajorStorm on 1/1/2006, 11:33 pm I thinks today’s game at Belleville hit the boiling point and maybe the nail in the coffin. It seems more and more that Bud has NO CONTROL of this team and can't settle his team down in critical situations. The team looks as though they are not performing or listening to his coaching/leadership. When you have a team full of established veterans and at one point had strong goaltending, to perform as they did today, it is quite unacceptable. Bud gave up solid goaltending for little in return and none of these trades addressed the most concerning problems of this team. Also the lack of younger players and too many 19 year olds, could or will blow up in teams face down the road unless drastic change is made. With this kind of mess that he has created, Bud should leave or be fired. It has gotten to the point where the longer he stays, the longer team will struggle. I think a serious change is needed to salvage a potentially successful year. I want to hear your opinion, should Bud go or stay?

I refer to the my past posting on the NOOF for details on why the Majors are underachieving, and consistently collapse in the 3rd period. (See The Majors first half: The Good, The Bad and The Bud)
