We can assume many things, which none may be correct. In regards to Buds methods - this comes directly from the players - the ones on the frontline. I feel for the players who continually have their confidence stripped from them and the things that are said to them in an order to motivate them. I especially felt sorry last season for any players preparing for the NHL draft. As we all remember from last year, it took the team a half season to adjust to his methods. Players obviously not playing to their potential during the first months. The players had no respect for him as a coach. Coaches need to be tough, but it is important to maintain the respect of the players if you wish for players to play to their potential.

A fair question, as I ask myself that on occasion when I read things on line.
Often people can have a strong opinions when they are speaking from speculation.
We have also heard bits and pieces from Barrie fans who have indicated some problems there during Buds time there. I cannot speak about his time at Barrie.
