Someone on the NOOF is claiming that she has it right and Terry Koshan has it wrong and claims to have an inside source saying its the Majors that are being sold. There's no way to prove or disprove it. The scenario Tom mentions (the one from the article) seems far more plausible to me. All we can do is wait and see.
