Posted by Majors#1 on 8/25/2006, 11:14 am On one hand it is sad to see him go, but on the other hand I am very happy for him because he is not able to be fully developed to his potential under Stefanski's incapable coaching ability, and he will get all the chances and support from Peter DeBoer. This is a positive move for Halischuk for his future, he will be able to florish under strong leadership of DeBoer & the support of Kitchener Rangers. He was highly touted as a NHL mid round draft pick, and Stefanski had the ability to destroy such talent is beyond my word, and ultimate led to Halishuck's set back. It seems likely that other great potential talent like DiBenedetto & Zamec will get moved before season starts. So far this season Stefanski is making every single possible wrong move (trading Wilson, Haskins, Halischuk). The best move is to ship Stefanski out of Majors organization. He is destroying more talent than I can think of, he didn't developed any players up to their potential. He destroys team morale, fan supports. This is not what I have envision for Major's 10th anniversary. It is difficult to look forward to this season until he is removed. Normally I don't like players demand to be traded away, but in the case under Stefanski, I fully sympathize what these young players have endured under Stefanski's environment.

It is extremely sad to see a solid highly potential player like Matt Halischuk to go. He would be a very crucial part of the team under this year's structure.
