Posted by Leo Nordine Almost new JB 3 stringer noserider. Hand shaped & glassed by Jeff Biggs. 10’ x 19 1/2 x 25 x 16 5/8 x 3 1/8. Weighs 24 lbs. Walker foam, double 6 oz glass (it’s light), 5” nose rocker, 4 3/4” tail rocker, eggy 50/50 rails. Slight nose concave (only 18” long, just to keep the nose out of the water, harder to pearl) to slight belly bottom. 10" box + FCS plugs. (The glasson fin in the photo is gone. I had Biggs take it off, put in the box. That fin was too rakey). Only ridden one week (in the Call to the Wall). In mushy small surf it works best as a single fin. At bigger low tide Malibu I used just one FCS Curved on the inside rail, and it was a completely different board: the curved fin holds the tail down, and you can pump it like a shortboard, without the drag of the outside fin. Very fun, and freaks people out when they see it. Has a couple scratches in the fin and a couple little creases on the bottom. Jeff’s a craftsman, he’s made me boards for 25 years. A ton of time went into this one, it’s one of my best noseriders ever. I paid $1050. Will pro box & ship anywhere. I have 40 more for sale – email for list.
