Send him a letter at the Majestic Theatre - 247 W. 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Be sure to include an SASE for him to return a signed photograph or an appropriate postage-paid envelope, etc. if you send him something to autograph. Howard typically responds very quickly. My 5 year old daughter simply sent him a little "love" note without requesting anything, and he returned an autographed picture and sweet reply. She was thrilled. I was impressed.
Address it to him in care of the theater.
