According to Internet/fan rumours (which we all know are a perfectly reliable source), Howard will be taking a vacation over the summer, with either John Cudia (or possibly Gary Mauer) filling in for him. He may then return to the show after his vacation, on what many believe will be his last contract. People are saying that the summer vacation period is a chance to prepare Howard's replacement to take over the role full-time.
Anyways, this is all just rumours & speculation, but it's some interesting stuff to think about. In any case, John Cudia's stint as The Phantom looks to be almost confirmed/official.
Perhaps anyone who will be attending the show sometime in the near future could ask Howard for some details at the stage door? Please?
