I am sending this information for my friend Floyd Harvey. Floyd is a legend here. He was a river boat Captain who fought to prevent dams in the Hells Canyon portion of the Snake River. Floyd started the anti dam movement, in fact that was why he was on the show, and was victorious in 1975.
We now have 100 miles of Snake River, from Lewiston, Idaho to the existing Hells Canyon Dam that is free flowing and The Hells Canyon National Recreation Area administered by the United States Forest Service. Floyd is now 81 years old and we would like to have a party for all the river folks here to honor him. Do you have any ideas on how we could get a copy of the episode he was in? Episode 30-030-5-150 1969-70 season.
