I base this on the description that reads: "Renee Martin, handwriting analyst; and the nation's youngest school board member." I know you were on the city council as opposed to a school board, but I think this is the episode regardless. This episode aired 12/15/69 in Minneapolis/St. Paul, 12/8/69 in Washington DC, and 12/1/69 in New York City--the time frame you described. If you can reach Game Show Network, I would give them a try; however, I don't know the contact information. I would also suggest trying Fremantle Media at both the Los Angeles and New York numbers.
