Looking for Episode from 1967

Hello,
I'm looking for an episode my father was on as an imposter in 1967. The episode aired on November 30, 1967; my father, Uwe Petersen, was on as "Egon Zimmermann", an Olympic skier. I thought it would make a neat Christmas gift so please contact me if you have this episode or any info as to where I could obtain it.
