Just watched an episode of TTTT with this older woman who wrote a book about keeping fit after 65 (I think??) I missed the beginning of that particular segment, but I wanted to know if anyone is familiar with the book written by Ms. Haynes. She looked great for her age, which she said was 76. Her thighs looked great as did her upper arms, etc. No loose or droopy flesh there!!
I'd like to get the book but want to make sure it's the correct one. I found a book that may be it, but there is no explanation on its content or the author.
I appreciate any help I can get on the subject and her book.
The episode was hosted by Lynn Swan so it had to be in the 90's.
