The website takes an enormous amount of time and a fair amount of expense (certainly not what I planned on when creating it!) so it's very reinforcing to know that colleagues all over the world find the site helpful. Messages like yours keep me going! :-) To answer your question, the materials on the CD are all different from the free materials posted on the site.
