So glad you find the site useful. Re: your suggestion -- it would surely make my life easier if all contributed multi-page materials were created and saved as a single document! I sent out directions on how to do this in my October email update, as Boardmaker will allow you to make multiple pages, if you know the trick. However, when contributions come to me in separate pages, I have no choice but to post them that way. The alternative would be for me to recreate the materials -- and no way is THAT going to happen! :-)
For those who haven't signed up for my email updates and don't know how to create multiple page Boardmaker documents, here's the trick:
• Calculate the number of pages you'll need. I recommend a maximum of 8 so you don't run into saving and printing memory issues.
• Go to FiLE, pull down to Page Set Up to select your page orientation.
• Go to FILE, pull down to Board Set Up to click "use printer page" to set the orientation. Then multiply the board height and board width numbers by the number of pages you want (if 6 pages total, board height would be x2 and board width would be x3, which is 2 pages high, 3 across, or approximately 20" high and 24" across).
• Create your pages and save the document. All six pages will be saved as one -- so much easier than saving six pages separately!
