There is either a problem with your computer or with the version of Adobe Reader you are using (let's hope it's the latter!). Trash any and all Adobe Reader versions currently on your computer, then load Adobe Reader from the Speaking of Speech CD (also available & free from www.adobe.com but it takes longer). Once the Adobe Reader 5.0 is loaded, RESTART your computer then try the downloads and disk again. If this doesn't work, email me directly and we'll try a few other tricks. One or two folks with older computers found that the downloads and disk worked perfectly....when they tried from a newer computer. Hope this helps!
