You can use the spray tool to create a grid of 24 cells, go the library for the symbol you want, copy it, then click and paste into each cell (you don't have to keep going back to the library--the symbol is still in your computer's memory so paste away!). It really doesn't take long. There is no way to do a whole page of cells with one action.
