Dr. P. Ramdawon?

Does anyone here know of Dr. Pretidev Ramdawon? He uses low level laser therapy and other energy therapies for diabetes and other things. He used to have a website for the International Academy of Light Medicine. It no longer is operational. He got very good results on Type 1 diabetes. Is he still practicing in Mauritius?
