My great grandfather was Ange Joseph Charles Grandemange b. 1860 in Port Louis, Mauritius.
I believe his father was named the same (Worked as a Dairy Farmer)& his mother Madgier Grandemange (not sure on the spelling. They traveled to Mauritius from France to escape the revolution, and my great grandfather was born there. He then moved to Mascot, NSW Australia about 1875-1880, he married in 1882 to Bessia Elizabeth Amelia Cowley in Australia.
I am researching my family tree and and hope to find decendents. My father Allan James Grandemange is terminally ill, and I would love to find information on Ange & Fam. Please if anyone can help me. It would make my father very happy as he is going thru cancer treatments in Aus.
