Posted by Loulou on 14/10/2007, 3:00 pm, in reply to "Muslim Friend's Letter to Slain Father Ragheed" The letter tells of a great man, who devoted himself to an ideal; but more than that, it gives a human face, to yet another hapless victim of a gutwrenchingly useless war. How many men,women and children have died? 300,000? 500,000? 700,000? How many more will have to be slaughtered before the carnage stops? Let's hope for the sake of that thing called humanity, that it's sooner rather than later. Salaam, Loulou
