I agree with you that this was a good show the only thing I did not think was right was the way the rougaille was done, as far as I can remember, the proper rougaille was done with tomato onion garlic etc etc but no white wine or cumin, and also another thing when was dhal pourri a mauritian national food? If it is the mauritian national food then this is the first time I have heard of it.
