Hi!
My boyfriend was forced in marriage in mauritius five years ago it was a civil ceremony.He has trying to divorce this woman a month after they were married and has been leaving in the abroad ever since.
They never lived together.He had a mauritian lawyer but she just took his money and never did anything.
She has blocking the divorce saying that she would lose the right to live and work in mauritius if she divorces him,since she is a german citizen.
Is this true? Can anyone help ?
