I KNOW FOR EXAMPLE THAT IF SOMEBODY HAS ABANDONED HIS RESIDENCE FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS, DIVORCE CAN BE OBTAINED VERY QUICKLY.AN ATTORNEY AND A BARRISTER MUST BE RETAINED TO LODGE THE CASE IN THE FAMILY COURT IN MAURITIUS.
I CAN SUGGEST NAMES OF LEGAL PRACTIONNERS IF NEED BE.
