Hi Clancy
I am based in sydney but cost of boarding and other expenses is quite expensive in sydney, the student could share accomodation with other students and will be able to survive, his weekly share in accomodation plus other expenses will be roughly $150 to 180/wk. He will be eligible to work 20 hrs per week. If i see anybody willing to help I will get in touch with you.
