I am looking to reconnect with Jean Clause who worked as a pastry or Chef de Cuisine at the Sheraton on the Park Sydney in 1996-97 . He would be about 50 years old now and may have ventured since overseas to America. If you know of his family in Mauritius or even where he grew up we would love to know.
He was born in Mauritius and his surname may have been Mustapha - if you you no of him or even any of his associates can you please urgently contact me . He lived in Stanmore at the time we new him.
