Hi Tony
I have read a few of your article I agree fullyy with you. I am looking after 2 cases in sydney coming with their family and baby. I recently was on holiday to Mtius and made awareness of the situation here. The agent sems not to tell the full story about the 20 hrs work permit, cost of renting and cost of living in Australia especially big cities like Sydney,Melbourne and Brisbane, Perth. Some of the Agents does not have a clue of the requirements and eligibility for a PR, things like MODE, SOL on the immigration website.I also ageed full with Jean Noel well written. In my point of view and experience, even though I have spoken to many students in Mauritius, they still said that due to high cost of living in Mauritius and no propect of future they prefer to come for sacrifice. Some of them were travelling on the same flight I came. It is good that some people are writing on this matter and make it clear and simple that students must be prepared to face reality in Australia. regards
