Can someone help please. I have rented a Bungalow in Mauritius for the sum of $120.00 per day some months ago. I have also sent a deposit of $600.00 around 4 months ago. The people I'm renting the bungalow did not want any rupees he wanted dollars. Now that our dollar has gone down he wrote me an email saying that I now need to submit more money to him. I don't know the rules in Mauritius can he do that especially that he has already accepted my deposit and on top of it accepted to give us the Bungalow for $120.00 a night.
Your help would be appreciated.
