Hi GM!!I'm not from mauritius and don't know the rules, but from what you have written, he cannot do that, as it is an agreed amount. Did he give u a receipt or some kind of letter stating the deposit amount and rental amount per day??????If so, then this is also your proof!!That is the agreed amount and that's that!!Don't give him any-more money, and if he doesn't like it too bad-try to get a refund!!I think he's just trying to rip u off personally..you may be in for a-bit of a fight!!
