Thank you for your reply. I am actually disappointed in relation to this bungalow. Yes That person wrote to me and aid that it was and said that he wanted Australian Dollars and not rupees. Now that the Aussie dollar is down he is now talking about rupees. I will be writing an email to him shortly, I will tell him that I will pay him in mauritian rupees. I think these people think we are stupid, I personally think that he will wait until the OZ dollar go up and will then exchange it.
